Account holders who forget their passwords
I’m unable to change your password for you. After clicking the Sign In link on the homepage, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours. If you click the sign in and it is only asking for your password sign out completely by clicking log out. You should then see the forgot password link.
Account holders who want to change their account email address
It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address. Please let me know so that I can delete your previous account.
